That certain Mechanical Code as adopted in Section 15.08.100 is enacted as the primary Mechanical Code of the city and made a part of this Code by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth in this Code with the modifications set forth in Section 15.36.020.

A. Access to Motors, Fans and Filters. Section 503 is amended by adding a paragraph to read as follows:

Access to equipment located on a roof or on an exterior wall of a building shall be provided as required for furnaces in Section 904.10.3 of this Code.

A. A fee for each mechanical permit shall be paid to the building official as set forth by resolution of the city council.

B. A plan-checking fee shall be paid as set forth by resolution of the city council.

C. No plan-checking fee shall be required for minor work in any occupancy when mechanical plans are not required to be submitted.
