9.16.010 - Refrigerators, iceboxes and deepfreeze lockers.

No person shall leave or allow to remain in any place accessible to children any refrigerator, icebox or deepfreeze locker having a capacity of one and one-half cubic feet or more which is temporarily not being used without removing the door or such portion of the latch or locking mechanism as will prevent the latching or locking of the door, or without taking reasonable precautions to effectively secure the door to prevent children from entering into such refrigerator, icebox or deepfreeze locker.
