2901.1 Scope. Organic coating manufacturing processes shall¶
comply with this chapter, except that this chapter shall not apply to processes manufacturing nonflammable or waterthinned coatings or to operations applying coating materials.
2901.2 Permits. Permits shall be required as set forth in Section 105.6.¶
2901.3 Maintenance. Structures and their service equipment¶
shall be maintained in accordance with this code and NFPA 35.
