6110.1 Removed from service.

LP-gas containers whose use has been discontinued shall comply with all of the following:

  1. Be disconnected from appliance piping.

  1. Have LP-gas container outlets, except relief valves, closed or plugged.
  2. Be positioned with the relief valve in direct communication with the LP-gas container vapor space.

LP-gas containers discontinued from service shall be removed from the site.
