3106.2 General. Inflatable amusement devices shall be designed, anchored, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the requirements of ASTM F2374.

The materials used in the construction of the inflatable amusement device shall meet the flame propagation criteria of Title 19, California Code of Regulations, Chapter 8. Additionally, a label and affidavit containing the information required in Sections 3104.3 and 3104.4 of this code shall be permanently affixed to the device. For California, all fabrics and all interior decorative fabrics or materials shall be flame resistant in accordance with the provisions set forth in CCR, Title 19, Division 1, Chapter 8, and shall meet the requirements of this section.…
