For the purpose of this chapter, the following term shall have the meaning indicated: COMMISSARIES SERVING MOBILE FOOD PREPARATION UNITS are food establishments in which food, containers, equipment or supplies are stored or handled for use in vehicles, mobile food preparation units, food carts or vending machines.
