§ 17.750.010. Title and purpose of provisions.¶

A. Title. The provisions of this chapter shall be known as the "motel regulations" of this title.
B. Purpose. The purpose of these provisions is to protect public health, safety and welfare through the prevention of adverse impacts often associated with motels, including, but not limited to, crime, loitering and blight.
