10.24.010. - Designated.

When appropriate signs have been placed giving notice thereof, the following streets shall be one-way streets and no vehicle shall move in a direction contrary to the following provisions:

A. Church Street, between North Main Street and Warren Street, where no vehicle shall be caused to move in an easterly direction;

B. Rose Street, from its intersection with East Willow Street to its intersection with East Pine Street, where no vehicle shall be caused to move in a southerly direction;

C. Whitney Alley, from East Line Street north for a distance of 140 feet, where no vehicle shall be caused to move in a southerly direction;

D. Academy Street, from its intersection with Main Street and Warren Street, where no vehicle shall be caused to move in an easterly direction;

E. Unnamed Alley, between West Line Street and Church Street, where no vehicle shall be caused to move in a southerly direction;

F. Unnamed Alley, between West Line Street and 201 South Main Street, APN 0011810700, where no vehicle shall be caused to move in a southerly direction.

10.24.020. - Placement of signs.

When any ordinance or resolution of the city designates any one-way street or alley, the public works director shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless such signs are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.
