5.99.010 - Activities prohibited by federal or state law.¶

The city shall not issue any business license for any business, operation or use that is or would be in violation of, or contrary to, federal or state law. The city shall not issue a business license for any marijuana-related or cannabis-related business. For the purposes of this section, "cannabis" includes "marijuana" as defined in this Code.
