5.84.010 - License required.

Every person, firm or corporation conducting any skating rink or place where people congregate for the purpose of skating on roller skates shall pay to the city a license fee. The amount of the license fee shall be established, from time to time, by resolution of the city council, after the city council conducts a public hearing.

5.84.020 - Violation.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate in the city any skating rink or place where roller-skating is engaged in without first having paid to the city the license fee provided for in Section 5.84.010.
