Big Bear Lake Municipal Code Ch. 16.17 Savings Clause

Should any conflict exist between this title and any other land use ordinance, regulation, resolution, policy or prior decision of the city, this title shall control all land use applications which do not have final approval on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this title. Should any section, paragraph, sentence, phrase or word of this title be declared unconstitutional, then the remainder of the title shall remain in full force and effect, to the extent it shall be unaffected by the declaration.
