13.16.010 - Services outside city—Costs.

A. The city, within its absolute discretion, may supply services to property outside the city boundaries at the request of the property owner.

B. The charges for such services shall be the actual cost thereof plus a sum equal to forty-five percent of such actual cost.

C. Such charges shall be payable immediately upon completion of such services.

D. No services shall be rendered unless and until the party requesting such services shall consent that the cost thereof shall be a lien against the title to the property.
