10.24.010 - Pine Knot Boulevard.

A. Parking on the west side of Pine Knot Boulevard, north of SR 18, shall be restricted to a ten minute limitation.

B. Those portions of the north end of the cul-de-sac thereof, shall be marked as a red no-parking zone, between the driveways of Pine Knot Landing.

C. The public works department shall place signs of notice of the limitation on parking.

D. The code enforcement technician and any law enforcement officer may enforce this chapter.

E. A violation of this chapter shall be an infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars.

10.24.020 - Summit Boulevard.

A. Angle parking on the west and east sides of Summit Boulevard shall be allowed between November 1 and April 30 of any year.

B. Street signage shall be installed which shall require such parking, but such signage shall not allow any parking within ten feet of a fire hydrant.

C. Parking shall be allowed only between the southerly limit line of Brownie Lane, and the south terminus of Summit Boulevard, but shall at no time, block a driveway.

10.24.025 - Moonridge Road.

A. Pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 22503, angle parking on the northerly side of Moonridge Road, between Elm Street on the west and the Clubview "Y", shall be allowed.

B. "Angle parking," as used herein, means a forty-five degree angle to the curbline of the right-of-way.

10.24.030 - Obstruction of hydrant access prohibited.

A. Notwithstanding any other rule, regulation, ordinance or code of the city, it is unlawful to park, stop, leave standing, place at rest or abandon any motor vehicle within the city in such a fashion as such conduct shall block access to or impair fire equipment or firefighters' access to any hydrant, standpipe or water source designed, installed or intended to be a source of water for fire suppression.

B. The first violation of this section, following plea or conviction shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars plus any penalties, nor more than two hundred fifty dollars.

C. A second and subsequent offense shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars, no part of which shall be suspended, and a jail term of not less than seventy-two hours, nor more than five days.

D. Any law enforcement officer may direct or cause any motor vehicle parked, left, standing or abandoned to be towed to an improved yard and such towing and impound charges are the expense of the owner of such vehicle.
