10.20.010 - Requirements.

Parking within marked stalls within the business district shall be limited to one motor vehicle, which vehicle shall park within the limits of the marked stall, except as provided in Section 10.20.020.

10.20.020 - Motorcycles.

Motorcycles may be parked within the confines of the marked stall, but shall not exceed two in number for each stall, and both of such motorcycles shall be parked within the confines of the marked stall.

10.20.030 - Parking defined.

"Parking," as defined in this chapter, means any stopping of the motor vehicle, whether the engine is running or not, and whether the vehicle is attended or unattended by any person.

10.20.040 - Violation—Towing.

A. Any vehicle which shall violate this chapter may be towed to any impound yard at the direction of a peace officer of the city of Big Bear Lake, and the cost of such tow and impound shall become a lien upon such motor vehicle, and shall be paid by the owner of such vehicle.

B. In the case of motorcycles violating this chapter, the peace officer may remove all vehicles therefrom and shall not be required to determine which motorcycle or motorcycles created the violation.

10.20.050 - Violation—Penalty.

A violation of this chapter shall be an infraction and subject to a fine not to exceed fifty dollars.
