5.20.935 - Irrevocable letter of credit required of franchisee.¶

5.20.940 - Letter of credit may be drawn upon after following specified procedure.¶

5.20.945 - Examples of the nature of the noncompliance for drawing upon the letter of credit.¶

5.20.950 - Letter of credit shall be replenished to original amount following any draw down.¶

5.20.955 - City's rights with respect to letter of credit are in addition to other rights.¶
