5.20.290 - City may regulate rates if permitted by law.¶

5.20.295 - Current rate schedule to be filed with city—Thirty days notice required prior to rate change.¶

5.20.300 - Subscriber rates.¶

5.20.305 - Other rate matters.¶

5.20.310 - Franchisee to pay city five percent of gross annual revenue as a franchise fee.¶

5.20.315 - Five percent fee also applies to any person distributing a service over the cable system.¶

5.20.320 - Franchise fee to be paid quarterly along with statement verifying all collected gross revenues.¶

5.20.325 - City may examine all franchisee's records to determine accuracy of amounts payable to city.¶
