5-6-901: STORAGE OF INOPERABLE VEHICLES ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY:

No motor vehicle shall be stored or parked on private property in any district zoned for residential purposes except in an entirely enclosed space, unless such vehicle is capable of movement under its own power. (1962 Code § 3-6.2001)

5-6-902: USE OF STREETS FOR STORAGE OF VEHICLES:

No person who owns or has the possession, custody, or control of any vehicle shall park such vehicle upon any street or alley for more than a consecutive period of seventy two (72) hours. (1962 Code § 3-6.1005)

5-6-903: REPAIRING OR MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES ON PUBLIC STREETS:

No person shall repair, or cause to be repaired, perform maintenance or cause maintenance to be performed to, or dismantle, or cause to be dismantled, any vehicle, or any part thereof, upon any public street or alley in the city. (1962 Code § 3-6.1007)

5-6-904: WASHING OR POLISHING VEHICLES:

No person shall wash, or cause to be washed, or polish, or to be polished, any vehicle, or any part thereof, upon any public street in the city. (1962 Code § 3-6.1008)
