4-2-1801: IDENTIFICATION CARD REQUIRED:

No person who serves or delivers, or is the manager of a person who serves or delivers any alcoholic beverage to a customer in a place of business engaged in dispensing beer, wine or distilled spirits to customers under a state on-sale license shall engage in such activity without an identification card issued under the provisions of chapter 1, article 2 of this title. Such person shall have an identification card in their possession at all times when engaged in this activity. (1962 Code § 4-6.01 et seq.)

4-2-1802: CRITERIA FOR ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF IDENTIFICATION CARD:

The provisions of section 4-1-203 of this title shall not be applicable for an identification card required by this article. An identification card required by this article shall be issued upon compliance with the requirements of section 4-1-202 of this title. (1962 Code § 4-6.01 et seq.)

4-2-1803: IDENTIFICATION CARD REQUIRED PRIOR TO PERFORMING SERVICE:

No business issued a state on-sale license shall employ or engage any person to perform the services requiring an identification card under section 4-2-1801 of this article unless such person has a valid identification card in their possession. (1962 Code § 4-6.01 et seq.)
