Article 16.2 — COMMERCIAL-TRANSITION ZONE (C-3T-1)

10-3-1621: ZONE C-3T-1 CREATED: ¶
There is hereby created a commercial-transition zone (C-3T-1) to provide for compatible transitions between certain areas where residential and commercial uses abut each other. (Ord. 86-O-1984, eff. 1-1-1987)
10-3-1622: USES AND RESTRICTIONS: ¶
All uses permitted and conditionally permitted in the C-3 zone shall be permitted and conditionally permitted, respectively, in the C-3T-1 zone pursuant to the procedures set forth in article 16 of this chapter. In addition, the following restrictions shall be applicable to development in the C-3T-1 zone:
A. All provisions of article 19.5 of this chapter;
B. The height of any building or structure shall not exceed two (2) stories or thirty five feet (35'), whichever is less; and
