Article 15.6 — BEVERLY HILLS GARDENS SPECIFIC PLAN AREA

10-3-1560: USES PERMITTED:

No lot, premises, building or portion thereof within the Beverly Hills Gardens specific plan area shall be erected, constructed, built, altered, enlarged, built upon, used or occupied except as authorized by the Beverly Hills Gardens specific plan. (Ord. 04-O-2452, eff. 9-3-2004)

10-3-1561: DEVELOPMENT RESTRICTIONS:

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, development in accordance with the Beverly Hills Gardens specific plan shall not be governed by any other regulations of this chapter governing development, including, without limitation, those regulations governing development in commercial zones and the provisions of article 28.6 of this chapter governing the development of hotels. 10-3-1562: CONDITIONS ENSURING IMPLEMENTATION OF BEVERLY HILLS GARDENS SPECIFIC PLAN:

All development within the Beverly Hills Gardens specific plan area shall be reviewed by the director of community development, or the director's designee, for compliance with the Beverly Hills Gardens specific plan. The director shall have the authority to impose any conditions upon such development that are not inconsistent with the Beverly Hills Gardens specific plan and that are necessary or appropriate to ensure compliance with the Beverly Hills Gardens specific plan.
