15.40.050 - Applicability—Zoning procedures and current decision-making structure.¶
A. The provisions of the Zoning Ordinance No. 590, or such other zoning ordinance that may be adopted, are incorporated by reference and are subject to all of the time limitations as specified in this chapter.
B. The existing decision-making structure remains intact, so actual decisions continue to be made in the usual manner by the legislative body, planning commission, design review commission and zoning administrator.

15.40.060 - Single administrative entity designated.¶
The single administrative entity is designated as the Planning Department.
