15.32.010 - Designated.¶
The following general plan fund fees shall be collected prior to the issuance of a permit:
A. Single-family residence, $50.00 per unit;
B. Multiple residential units, $50.00 per unit;
C. Mobile home park/subdivision, $35.00 per lot;
D. Recreational vehicle parks, $25.00 per lot;
E. Motels and/or resident hotels, $35.00 per unit;
F. Commercial/industrial, $0.05 per square foot.
