15.13.010 - Adoption of 2025 California Existing Building Code.¶
Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, the California Existing Building Code, Title 24, California Code of Regulations, Part 10, including any and all amendments set forth in this chapter, and including any and all amendments thereto that may hereafter be made and adopted by the State of California, is hereby adopted by reference as the City Existing Building Code except as modified by this Chapter.

15.13.020 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Violation of the provisions of this Chapter or failure to comply with any of the requirements of the Existing Building Code is an infraction.
