Beaumont Municipal Code Ch. 15.36 Basic Service Facility Fees

A basic service facility fee is established for all new living units constructed and/or approved in the City. The fee for mobile home rental parks and recreational vehicle parks shall be due upon approval of the final parcel, subdivision map or conditional use permit, all others upon issuance of building permit. The fee shall be in addition to all other fees in effect.

The fee shall be in accordance with the following schedule:

A. Single-family residence, $500.00;

B. Multiple-family residential units, $500.00 per living unit;

C. Mobile home rental parks, $500.00 per space;

D. Recreational vehicle parks, $500.00 per recreational vehicle space;

E. Motels and hotels, $500.00 per unit.

The fees established in this chapter may be amended by resolution. The fees established in this chapter relate to taxes for the usual and current expenses of the City and are required for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, for the reasons stated in this chapter.
