Sec. 6-56. - Required for distribution.¶

For distribution of handbills, samples or other advertising mediums, data or matter from house to house or from place to place, except the distribution of complete newspapers for which a second class permit is held under United States postal regulations, provided such newspapers are distributed in such form as is set forth in the second class permit, a daily license fee of $10.00 or an annual license fee of $40.00 is required.
