Sec. 14-446 - Generally.¶
2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this chapter, subject to those certain amendments set forth in this chapter.
The Uniform Swimming Pool and Hot Tub Code, as adopted in section 14-1, is amended, added to or modified as set out in this division. If there is any inconsistency between the provisions of the Uniform Housing Code, as adopted, and the modifications adopted by this division and other provisions of this Code, the more restrictive provision with respect to sign regulations shall apply.
