Sec. 14-91. - Generally.¶
The California Electrical Code, as adopted in section 14-1, is amended, added to or modified as set out in this division. If there is any inconsistency between the provisions of the California Electrical Code, as adopted, and the modifications adopted by this division and other provisions of this Code, the more restrictive provision with respect to building regulations shall apply.

Sec. 14-92. - Permits for fireworks stands, Christmas tree lots and seasonal stands.¶
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including but not limited to the provisions of the electrical code adopted pursuant to this article, the applicant for an electrical permit for a temporary fireworks stand, Christmas tree lot, pumpkin lot or seasonal stand may be the owner or operator of such stand.
