§ 9-2.2401. Acquisitions: Approval: Designated Uses. ¶
When the Commission, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 of Title 7 of the Government Code of the State, approves the acquisition of any square, park, or other public ground or open space owned by any public entity, the Commission may designate in its approval for what purpose and to what extent such property may be used.

§ 9-2.2402. Acquisitions: Approval: Zone Uses. ¶
When the Commission approves the acquisition of publicly-owned property as set forth in Section 92.2401 of this article, such property may be used for any use designated by the Commission, in addition to those uses permitted in the zone in which such property is located. (Ord. 159, Art. 101)
