5.36.010 - Based on average number of employees.

Every person not having a fixed place of business within the city who engages in business within the city, and is not subject to provisions of Sections 5.24 and 5.40, or is not specifically provided for in another provision of this title shall pay an annual license tax based on the average number of employees employed to do the work within the city according to the following schedule:

A business having one or two employees shall pay .....$10.00

A business having three to five employees shall pay .....20.00

A business having six to ten employees shall pay .....30.00

A business having eleven to fifteen employees shall pay .....40.00

A business having sixteen or more employees shall pay .....50.00
