2.28.010 - Master crime and fidelity bond for mayor, city council members, city…¶
The city clerk shall procure and continuously maintain a master bond in accordance with California Government Code § 1481 which shall provide crime and fidelity coverage on all employees, paid officials and unpaid officials in a bond amount set forth by resolution of the city council. The premium for the master bond shall be paid by the city.
