Chapter 5.88 — SELLING PERIODICALS ON PUBLIC HIGHWAY

5.88.010 - Prohibited.¶

It is unlawful to sell newspapers or magazines on any portion of a public highway. A violation of any of the provisions of this section shall constitute an infraction, punishable as set forth in Section 1.20.010 of this code.
