Chapter 5.84 — CHARITABLE SOLICITATION

5.84.010 - Permit required.¶

No person shall solicit any contribution for any charitable purpose unless he exhibits a permit from the city council. A violation of any of the provisions of this section shall constitute an infraction, punishable as set forth in Section 1.20.010 of this code.
