5.56.010 - Designated.¶

Every person engaged in the business of renting or leasing hotel or motel rooms, mobilehome park or recreational vehicle park spaces or homes or apartments within the city, and having a total of five or more such rental units, shall pay a license tax of twenty dollars per year for the first five units, plus five dollars per year for each unit over five.
