Adelanto Municipal Code Ch. 10.26 Authority to Establish, Amend Traffic Schedules/Fines

The City Council shall establish and may amend by ordinance or resolution the following traffic schedules/fines:

A. U-turns.

A. Through streets.

B. Stop intersections.

C. Railroad stops.

D. No parking zones.

E. Overnight parking.

F. Parking.

G. Time parking zones.

H. Truck routes.

I. Noncommercial routes.

J. One-way streets.

K. Yield intersections.

L. Speed zones.

All traffic schedules of the City, and related fines, are on file in the office of the City Clerk.

All fines in this Title 10 shall be set and amended by ordinance or resolution of the City Council. All citations are also subject to all County and State administrative fees, including but not limited to those pursuant to Government Code § 70372(b), Government Code § 76000(b), and Senate Bill 1407.
