§ 9.36

The purpose of this chapter is to provide setback lines for construction in certain areas of the City.

On and after April 20, 1954, all future construction of buildings, additions thereto, or structures of any kind whatsoever along the west boundary of Holly Drive between Highland Avenue and Eleventh Street shall be set back fifteen (15') feet from the property line. Any future construction of buildings, additions thereto, or structures of any kind whatsoever along the east boundary of Holly Drive between Highland Avenue and Eleventh Street shall be set back five (5') feet from the property line.

All buildings and other structures hereafter erected or constructed on West Twelfth Street between Parker Avenue and Adam Street shall be set back from the property line as follows:

(a)

A building setback line for Lot 7, Block 3, of the Rosedale Subdivision commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 7, Block 3, of the Rosedale Subdivision; thence 9.5 feet in an easterly direction along the lot line of said lot to the true point of beginning; thence commencing at said true point of beginning along a curve to the right with a radius of 210 feet, said curve intersecting the lot line parallel to Walnut Street 9.6 feet from the northeast corner of the lot; and

(b)

A building setback line for Lot 5 and Lot 6, Block II, of the Rosedale Subdivision commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 5, Block II, of the Rosedale Subdivision; thence in a westerly direction 17.1 feet along the lot line of said lot to the true point of beginning; thence commencing at the true point of beginning along a curve to the right with a radius 210 feet, said curve providing a setback on the most westerly line of Lots 5 and 6 of 1.2 feet and 9.6 feet, respectively.
