63. Nonforfeitability of minimum allocation

The minimum allocation required for purposes of this section must be nonforfeitable to the extent required under Code section 416(b)(1)(A) or (b)(1)(B).T he minimum allocation required (to the extent required to be nonforfeitable under section 416(b)) may not be forfeited under sections 411(a)(3)(B) or 411(a)(3)(D).
