5. Definition of plan year

Plan year means the calendar year unless one of the followinga different plan year is the 12-consecutive month period d esignated by the employer in the adoption agreement.

Sample Adoption Agreement Language:

Plan year will mean:

( ) the 12-consecutive month period which coincides with the limitation year.
