2.50.010: ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS:¶
The provisions of California Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6 are hereby adopted by the Town Council, and said provisions are hereby made applicable in the Town as further specified in Section 2.50.020 of this Chapter. (Ord. 3, 11-27-1991)
2.50.020: DECISIONS AFFECTED:¶
The provisions of this Chapter shall be applicable to "decisions", as defined by California Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6, that are final on and after November 28, 1988. (Ord. 3, 11-27-1991)
