2.15.010: OFFICE CREATED; TERM:¶
The office of the Town Treasurer is created and established. The Town Treasurer shall hold such office at the pleasure of the Town Council. (Ord. 3, 11-27-1991)
2.15.020: COMPENSATION:¶
The Town Treasurer shall receive such compensation and expense allowance as the Town Council shall from time to time determine, and such compensation shall be a proper charge against such funds as the Town Council shall designate. (Ord. 3, 11-27-1991)
2.15.030: FUNCTIONS:¶
The Town Treasurer shall perform such duties as are prescribed by California Government Code sections 41000 through 41007 and by any other provisions of the law applicable to deposit and investment and safekeeping of public funds of the Town. (Ord. 3, 11-27-1991)
