87.1305 General Provisions.

(a) Intent

The landscape development standards, procedures and guidelines established by this Chapter are meant to be complementary to those found in the City of Yucaipa's standard project Conditions of Approval, as well as the landscape provisions found in the City's Development Code, including Division 8, Specific Use Design Standards, and Chapter 4, Water Conservation, under Division 10, Soil and Water Conservation.

(b) Applicability

The landscape requirements shall apply to all new development projects in the City of Yucaipa.

(c) Duty to Maintain

All projects shall maintain their approved landscaping.
