7.05.400. - Nuisance.

The accumulation and existence of refuse on any private premises, or in or upon any street, alley or other public place within the County, may be declared to be a nuisance. No person who owns, controls, or occupies any premises in the County shall cause, permit, or allow any such nuisance to exist thereon. Any such nuisance may be abated in the manner provided by law.

7.05.450. - Additional remedies; injunctions and other actions.

As an additional remedy for maintenance of a public nuisance under the provisions of this Chapter, said nuisance may be subject to summary abatement by a restraining order or injunction issued by any court having jurisdiction. Additionally, no provision of this Chapter shall be construed to impair any common law or statutory cause of action, or legal or equitable remedy, of any person for injury or damage arising from any violation of this Chapter or other law or regulation.
