13.24.010 - Permitting.

Permits for a hanging sign shall be considered as part of the administrative permit process defined in Section 13.08.050.

13.24.020 - Standards.

A hanging sign is a sign hanging over a covered pedestrian walkway. It shall be at least eight (8) feet above the walkway. Such sign shall not be internally lighted and shall not exceed eight (8) square feet in area per face. No more than one such sign shall be allowed per use per frontage. Such sign shall only identify the name and/or logo of the adjacent use.
