Chapter 10.40 — ABANDONED VEHICLES

§ 10.40.010. Adoption of County Code.¶
The Council adopts by reference Napa County Code Chapter 8.20 "Abandoned Vehicles" and all subsequent amendments to that chapter. A copy of the chapter shall be kept on file with the Town Clerk.

§ 10.40.020. Amendment of terms.¶
The following terms used in Napa County Code Chapter 8.20 are amended as follows:
"County" means Town of Yountville.
"Board of Supervisors" means Yountville Town Council.
"Director of Public Porks" means Yountville Town Manager.
All references to a County administrative official mean the administrative official of the Town who performs the duties specified for that County administrative official.
