§ 10.24.010. Duty to stop at through streets.

When authorized signs are in place, drivers of vehicles shall stop at the entrance or entrances of street intersections of any street designated by the Council by ordinance or resolution as a through street.

When authorized signs are in place, drivers of vehicles shall stop at the entrance or entrances of any intersection designated by the Council by ordinance or resolution as a stop intersection. (Ord. 301-00)

§ 10.24.030. Obedience to yield signs.

When authorized signs are in place, drivers of vehicles shall yield right-of-way, as defined in Vehicle Code Sections 21356, 21800 and 21803, when approaching the entrance or entrances of any intersection designated by the Council by ordinance or resolution as a yield right-of-way intersection.

§ 10.24.040. Stop required when emerging from alley, driveway or building.

The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or building shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or into a pedestrian area extending across any alley or driveway.
