§ 10.68.010. Adoption by reference.¶
The city council adopts by reference as its bail schedule the schedule attached as Exhibit A to the ordinance codified in this chapter together with each bail amount set forth therein.

§ 10.68.020. Annual review.¶
The bail schedule shall be subject to annual review by the city council and may be changed through resolution as deemed necessary by the city council.
