§ 10.56.010. Statutory authority.¶
Pursuant to the California Vehicle Code Section 21107.6, upon enactment of this chapter, the provisions of the California Vehicle Code shall apply to the privately owned and maintained roads enumerated in Section 10.56.020 of this chapter.

§ 10.56.020. Streets designated.¶
The following privately owned and maintained roads generally held open to the public for purposes of vehicular travel to serve commercial establishments are as follows:
A. All access roads located at the Vons Shopping Center, 19601 through 19725 Yorba Linda Boulevard, as designated by the City Engineer;
B. All access roads located at the Lakeview Shopping Center, 18501 through 18365 Yorba Linda Boulevard, as designated by the City Engineer;
C. All access roads located at the Alpha Beta Shopping Center, 17474 through 17572 Yorba Linda Boulevard, as designated by the City Engineer;
D. All access roads located at the Village Bowl Center, 18103 through 18171 Imperial Highway, as designated by the City Engineer;
E. All access roads located at the 7-11 Shopping Center, 19752 through 19758 Yorba Linda Boulevard, as designated by the City Engineer;
F. All access roads located at the 7-11 Shopping Center, 17465 through 17495 Imperial Highway, as designated by the City Engineer;
G. All access roads located at the Yorba Linda Station Plaza Shopping Center, 18132 through 18322 Imperial Highway, as designated by the City Engineer.

§ 10.56.030. Exceptions.¶
Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of the California Vehicle Code shall not apply to any road described herein on which the owner has caused to be erected a notice of such size, shape and color as to be readily legible during daylight hours from a distance of one hundred feet to the effect that the road is privately owned and maintained and that it is not subject to public traffic regulations or control.

§ 10.56.040. Police patrol or enforcement not required.¶
Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted to require the Police Department to provide patrol or enforce any provisions of the California Vehicle Code on any privately owned and maintained road subjected to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code pursuant to this chapter.
