Section 4-6.801. Violations: Penalties. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

§ 13.56.020. Amendments.¶
- A. Section 4-6.601, titled "Insurance," of County of Yolo Ordinance No. 849, above adopted by reference in Section 13.56.010, is amended, in its entirety, to read as follows:
Section 406.601. Insurance. Every licensed ambulance company operating within the County shall have in force and effect at all times, insurance issued by a company licensed to do business in the State of California, and providing for the payment of damages for bodily injury in an amount no less than $500,000 per occurrence, for medical malpractice liability in an amount no less than $500,000 per occurrence, and for property damage in an amount no less than $50,000 per occurrence. The County and the City of Woodland shall be named additional insureds on any such insurance policy or policies, and proof of said insurance shall be submitted to the Licensing Officer at the time application is made for a new license, or at the time of renewal of an existing license. In addition, every licensed ambulance company operating within the County also shall have in force and effect at all times worker's compensation insurance is required by law, and the Licensing Officer shall be given proof thereof at the time application is made for a new license, or at the time of renewal of an existing license.
- B. County of Yolo Ordinance No. 849, above adopted by reference in Section 13.56.010, is amended by added thereto "Article 9. Reporting Requirements," as follows:
