1.08.010 - Designated—Expenses.

Any person sentenced to imprisonment for the violation of an ordinance of the City of Williams shall be imprisoned in the county jail of the County of Colusa, and the expenses of such imprisonment shall be a charge in favor of the County of Colusa against the City of Williams.
