§ 10.56.010. Use restrictions.¶
No person upon a skateboard, rollerskates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device shall ride upon any roadway or publicly maintained place open to any vehicular traffic, and all sidewalks in the business district.

§ 10.56.020. Sidewalk use prohibited—Penalty.¶
Any person, excepting invalids or children of six years or under, who rides or propels any coaster, bicycle or tricycle upon any sidewalk within the city is guilty of a misdemeanor.

§ 10.56.030. Violation.¶
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or who fails to comply with any of its requirements is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1.16.
