9.14.010 Park curfew.

It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon the parks owned by the city of Wasco between the hours of ten p.m. until five a.m. the following day except for persons attending an activity on a city park which has been authorized by a special use permit as more particularly described in Section 9.14.020. As to persons attending an activity in a city park authorized by special use permit, such activity may continue until midnight of the day of the activity but all such persons entering or attending such activity shall be prohibited from remaining on the city park from 12:01 a.m. to five a.m. (Ord. 630 §1, 2013).

9.14.020 Special use permits.

The city may issue special use permits for activities on city parks pursuant to rules and regulations to be adopted by the city by resolution or ordinance. A special use permit issued for an activity shall be retained by the sponsor of the activity on the site of the activity at the city park for review and inspection by any law enforcement authority. The conditions of the activity shall be described on the special use permit or an attachment to same. (Ord. 630 §1, 2013).
